The Fearless Living workshop is designed for those of us who love to explore, stretch ourselves in new ways, and are ready to release a fear that’s been holding us back. Writing creates a space for us to process our experiences in a way that we hadn’t before and uncover new insights. We’ll enjoy interactive activities, and learn how to release our fears through our bodies and out onto paper.

During the Fearless Living Workshop we will:

  • Clarify our fear through guided writing activities
  • Explore where we are holding fear
  • Uncover insights about our past and present experiences
  • Create a new vision of what’s next

After completing the workshop we are left freed from seeing our fear in the way that we had before. Our energy moves, along with the story we had built about our situation. At the end of the session, there will be an opportunity for Q & A. All participants will receive a recording of the workshop.*

About the facilitator
Jaclyn Mishal is a co-founder of Pink Pangea. A writing teacher and an inspirational public speaker, Jaclyn specializes in guiding people to express themselves fully. Her creative, guided writing activities help even the most seasoned writers break out of their habits and expand their abilities. Jaclyn has led writing and Fearless Living workshops internationally in partnership with colleges and companies, including Barnard College, Mount Holyoke College, Smith College, REI, Google, and Hostelling International. According to Jaclyn, writing enables us to access parts of ourselves that we may have trouble expressing otherwise.

“I came out of it a different person than I went in…[Jaclyn] made us linger in our discomfort long enough to compel us to make a change. In fact, she had to relinquish control in order for it to be a catalyst. That’s a mark of a great teacher.” – Stephen Elliot

“The workshop provided a safe and inspiring space to think about my own writing, and hear from other travelers and writers. I came away with some concrete tools, and an idea or two for future pieces!” Rachel Romesburg Rice

“I love traveling. And I love writing. So when a friend told me about the Pink Pangea writing workshop, I went right away. And it opened a new sphere of writing for me.” – Britta Kollberg
