– Clarify our fear through 3 guided writing activities
– Explore where and how we are holding fear
– Uncover insights about our past and present experiences
– Create a new vision of what’s next

By exploring our fear, we are freed to work with it, instead of running away from it.  After completing the workshop we will no longer see our fear the way we had before. Our energy moves, along with the story we had built about our situation.
